Since 1981 when Robert Redford gathered some friends and colleagues in the Utah Mountains to create what is now called the Sundance Film Festival. The annual Sundance Film Festival is held in and around Park City, Utah each January and it’s widely regarded as the premier U.S. showcase for independent film.
